 PROCEDURE FOR ORDERING TRANSCRIPTS

Glenbrook South High School no longer handles transcript requests for current students or graduates. Current students will log into their Naviance Family Connection account and click on the “request transcripts” link.  Former students will submit transcript requests online through Parchment at www.parchment.com.  If you have trouble establishing or entering a Parchment account, use their “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the sign-in page.  GBS is not able to assist you in navigating the Parchment website.

If there is a charge for your request, it must be paid online with a credit or debit card.  Parchment will send your transcript as your college would like to receive it—either electronically or by mail.

  • You will not be charged for transcripts sent to schools participating in the College Illinois Transcript Exchange (CITE).
  • There is a $2.55 charge for each transcript sent to colleges that accept electronic transmission.
  • $4.25 will be charged for each transcript which has to be mailed.
  • Current GBS students in the Free & Reduced Program who find charges appearing in Parchment when trying to order transcripts should see Mrs. Hargesheimer in the College & Career Center for a fee waiver.
  • Please be aware that test scores are not listed on your transcript.  You must send those directly from ACT (www.actstudent.org) and SAT (www.collegeboard.com).
  • Current students who need an unofficial copy of their transcript should see their Counselor.
  • Students who do not have a home computer may use a computer in the Library or in the College & Career Center to complete their college applications and transcript requests.

Email Kathy Hargesheimer (khargesheimer@glenbrook225.org) if you have any transcript questions.

Glenbrook Evening High School
graduates should contact either Melissa DeFrenza (
mdefrenza@glenbrook225.org) or Frank Santa (fsanta@glenbrook225.org) to get a copy of their transcript.  EVENING HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE.
