 Interact Community Paint-A-Thon 

 

9/18/2009      The Community Paint-A-Thon event was a 3-day, Interact-sponsored project where club members took part in an “extreme home makeover” for an elderly Arlington Heights resident. Day 1 consisted of landscaping, day 2 involved sanding and priming, and day 3 was paint day1 Due to the hard work of approximately 40 Interact members, the club helped brighten the spirits of Helen, the homeowner who was immensely thankful. Members became adept in using all the tools of the trade while having a great time and bonding through the effort of community service. Congratulations to all involved on a job well done! Thank you to Home Depot and Valspar for sponsoring this event.
