REGISTRATION FORMS FOR RETURNING STUDENTS
If you are a returning student and have changes to your address and/or custody status, you will need to fill out Form COAC.
If you are a returning student and your family's address has NOT changed, you will need to fill out Form NC.
REGISTRATION FORMS FOR NEW INCOMING STUDENTS
If you are a freshman or transfer student, you will need to fill out Form F-T.
REGISTRATION FORMS FOR NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS
If your family resides in a rental unit, you will need to fill out Form LL-F.
To prove payment of your family's first installment of 2010 property taxes, you will need to fill out Form PT.
